What is the best photo editing software (that runs on XP) at a reasonable price?
Currently using photosuite 3SE but I'm looking for something better but just as easy to use

Gimp ( http://www.filehippo.com/download_the_gimp/ ) and Paint.NET ( http://www.filehippo.com/download_paint.net/ ) are bothe free and work great.

Paint shop pro runs fine on win xp try the trial version first to see if you like it then buy the full product from jasc software.

Well, there is always Photoshop, but it is expensive. Around $600 or so.

You could try XnView or Irfanview. They are editor/viewers, and both are free.

If you would like something that is close to Photoshop, but is free, try GIMP. It is a full featured photo editor. You can download it at:
