Is there a way you can get a five minute break in the middle of the afternoon? I've found this keeps me OUT of the vending machine! Snacks are a great way to get your five a day that you might not get at meal time. A small piece of fruit w/a dab of peanut butter or nuts or a one ounce piece of cheese will help satisyfy you while reving up your brain.

You don't have to eat a complete meal , but every three hours have a snack like yogurt, nuts just a small handful, Apple or banana. This keeps you from having low blood sugar which is going to make you very hungry, irritable and can cause you to overeat.

Just eat more of each meal,dont eat less because it will make u jump for food alot,and occasionally u will find urself in a trance
But my oppinion is opposite - i prefer eating many smaller meals during day
You can plan how-many meals u wish,but wont get slim if you dont respect certain food rules,dont combine too diffrent food...use some diet tips...etc you wont loose ur weight ever

eat a lot of lean protein and high fiber foods... these will make you feel full longer. also, drink lots of water throughout the day... this will also help you feel satisfied. good luck!
