Im a 13 year old girl whose 5 foot 3 in. and about a week ago i was always 93 or 94 and now im either 90 or 91 and this morning i was 89! my parents are getting worried and they dont want me to lose anymore weight and they thought 93 was bad wait until they find out im 90! i have been eating right and im still managing t o lose weight. why is this happening! how do i stay at this weight and not go any lower?

Personally, I hate you ! JK... Anyway, being summer you are probably more active and taking in less calories.. You should be eating small meals/snacks throughout the day and taking a multivitamin.. I would say to try to up your calories by at least 200-300 per day.. Eat yogurt w/ fruit or make smoothies using whole milk and carnation instant breakfast... Eat plenty of fruits and vegatables and carbs.. Just try and eat a little something every few hours.... Keep a granola bar or snacks in your purse or backpack... Drink 100% juice and whole milk... well you are only 13 and many teenagers weight go up and down varying on how much you eat that day and how much you drink. the morning is the best time to get a true weight....because as you slept your food digested and when you wake...thats the best time to weigh yourself. as you eat you may gain 3 lbs and then loose it the next day. maybe you need to try eating more food than normal. dont exercise. just be a couch potato and wacth as much tv as you want and eat all day if you have to......☺☺

Make sure you eat balanced meals. You should be consuming about 1500 calories a day. Eat lots of protein. If you are still losing weight take it up a notch.

have you been eating the same foods and portions? you are at the right age to have a growth sprout. you also loose weight when you grow faster, than gaining weight. try eating a little more than usual.

well iuts how much ur stomach can hold like when im hungry im 148 but when im real full im 158 its probely ur stomach i can only hold 10 pounds so dont worry ur not losing weight that fast

eat more nuts, add nuts and lots of dried fruit to your cereal. add avocados to your sandwiches and eat peanut butter, bread, and rice. .. :)
