Hypothetically...if there were a cataclyismic event that wiped out nearly all of humanity, and the only things that survied were the engilsh language, a group of isolated people and the entire Harry Potter book collection, do you think that Harry Potter would be considered "god" from that time forward?

No, the english language would be considered god, the Potter books would be considered fuel to keep me warm - there might not be any tree's left.
