You don't necerssarilly have to have hypertension to have a heart attack. Most heart attacks occur in people who have had no previous symptoms. They can occur for many reasons: damaged heart muscles or arteries, stress...the list really goes on and on. The best thing to do is get regular check ups...especially if you have a family history of heart disease...abnd follow a healthy lifestyle.

Yes. Heart attacks are often from blood clots which can even happen with someone that has a happy healthy heart and clear arteries. Heart attacks can also be the result of an electric 'misfire' in the heart, and often this occurs in people that are physically fit.

anyone can have a heart attack....heart failure is a completely different disease. heart attack is caused by a blockage in the coronary arteries due to buildup of plague. failure is when the actual heart muscle is unable to pump effectively and the lungs fill with fluid (often times proceeded by high blood pressure)

They call it's cholesterol caused heart attack but not systolic one.
