King Midas is the Legendary King of Phrygia from European mythology Several stories have collected about his name, the most famous one referring to ‘the Midas touch’. It happened that the King either captured or helped a drunken satyr, with the result that Dionysus offered him anything he wished. Midas asked that all he touched might become gold. Soon after, he found that this applied to his food and beseeched the god to take back the gift, which Dionysus eventually did. The legend doubtless alludes to the wealth of Phrygia, and later Lydia: these countries were fabulously rich and issued the first coinage known to the Greeks.
Midas's golden touch also known as the Midas touch is literally the ability to touch something and make it gold, but if I say I have the Midas touch, I mean I can do things very well with my hands...
In slang [most likely from the song].. in means:
A person who touch his partner all over his/her body and stimulate all his/her erogenous zones and try to linger every sites until he/she explode to ecstasy

Le roi Midas transformait tout ce qu'il touchait en or.
Avoir la main de Midas, c'est avoir le pouvoir de transformer tout ce qu'on touche en or, et au sens figuré c'est avoir le sens des affaires.
