First off sweetie, don't panic. Cooking is not that difficult and you mother must think you are up to the task. Go to your pantry and see if you have any canned soup. If you have a couple of cans of tomato soup, or chicken noodle or vegetable beef, open two of the same kind and put them in a sauce pan(pot) with a little water, turn your stove burner to low and let it heat up slowly stir occasionaly. Now check the fridge and see if you have any sliced cheese and butter or margarine. Put a pat of butter in a skillet turn burner on medium, now make a cheese sandwich.Put the cheese sandwich in the hot skillet. Toast on one side until golden brown the turn th sandwich over and toast the other side. Make a sandwich for every person you will be serving. Soup and sandwich make a lovely lunch. BTW almost everyone loves peanunt butter and jelly sandwiches.

If you have anything that is microwaveable (like a t.v. dinner, soup in a can, or mac and cheese) just read the side of the box for directions-that's pretty simple
If not:
Grilled Cheese:
You need: slice of cheese
2 slice of bread
butter or cooking spray
1st: get out a frying pan ( about an inch or so deep) and something to flip it
2nd. butter one side of each slice of bread (if using butter)
3rd: put the cheese on one of the non-buttered sides and put the other slice on top (non-buttered side on the cheese)
4th. Heat up the range to about medium and pu the pan on it-if using cooking spray, spray the pan
5th put the sandwich on and flip it when the side is golden brown- do the same for the other side
6th EAT IT!!!!!!!!! Yummmmm:)
OR
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
You need: Peanut Butter
Jelly
Bread
1st. Spread peanut butter on one of the pieces of bread
2nd Put jelly on the other piece
3rd Put the together
5th Enjoy!
Sorry if this sounded babyish and/or you don't need step by step directions for these, but I figured I'd put them- you never know if someone doesn't know how to make them!
If you did need them then great!

is it just for u? if it is, go for the grilled cheese. do u know how to make a grilled cheese? just in case, i'll tell ya. get 2 pieces of bread, butter em on one side, slap one in a skillet, buttered side down, medium heat, sprinkle some cheese on it, and a heated piece of ham or turkey if ya want(mmmmm), and put the other one on top, buttered side up, and flip when golden brown. yumm. or may i also suggest easy mac. is that microwavable mac and cheese. it's yummy. directions r on the box. or if u have cheese and ham, make a ham and cheese sandwich, or ham and cheese wrap. just put the ham and cheese on a tortilla, throw it in the microwave till the cheese melts(doesn't have to melt all the way, it'll melt when u fold it over), and put two pieces of buttered toast on the side. and if none of these is for u, go with the pbj. doesn't get much simpler than that. good luck hun, hope this helps ya out!

Grilled ham and cheese sandwich and tomato soup! Butter two pieces of bread just like you would for toast, place one piece , butter side down, in frying pan and put a slice of cheese over and place the other piece of bread, buttered side up, over it. Cook until lightly brown on both sides, and until cheese is melted. Follow the directions on the can of tomato soup. Easy and quick. Good luck. P.S. put the frying pan or low or else you'll burn the grilled cheese sandwich

even simpler version of mac and cheese
get three tins of tomatoes ( whole not mashed or chopped ) pout them into a big bowl - you not going to cook it in this but it helps to prepare ok.
now carefully ( ie dont cut your fingers ) very roughly chop up the tomatoes do that they are in largest chunks maybe to be exact cutting each tomato into about four pieces.
next get a half pound of regular full fat cheese - you can use pretty much any cheese for this as your not doing fancy food right! but avoid blue cheeses they are a bit strong for this.
get yourself some dried pasta ideally penne if your going to have to go to the supermarket pr store anyways. you can use other types of pasta fusselli would work so would pasta shells
I would avoid spagettis and things if your buying it,
if you can measure say 60 gramms of pasta per person you are cooking for and dont even bother to cook it just throw in in the bowl with the tomatoes
while your at the shop buy three tins of white sauce, homepride do some so do lots of other folk, you should find it in the pasta section it might even be called lasagne sauce, mix one whole tin with the pasta and tomatoes give it a good mix up. add a teaspoon of salt to the mix and half of that teaspppn of pepper ( thats smallest spoon in the draw_) ( dont want to insult you but better safe than sorry on this one!
If your mom has some herbs in jars some where you could add two teaspoons of "italian herbs" thats what it will say on the jar, or one topped up teaspoon full or oregano . dont worry if you havent got this its just nicer.
now grate the cheese up into the biggest flakes your moms grater will give you or if your in that store and can find a bad of grated cheese go for it ! save about a hand full for later - we are almost done!
get yourself a big dish or a couple of dishes that you can put into the oven - good luck with where they are tryu the cupboard next to the oven.
your going to pour the pasta mixture into the dish and smooth it around make sure there is a good cm or half inch or finger nail of space left to the top of the dish.
now pour in the second jar of white sauce and with the back of a spoon spread it around so it covers the red mixtures up
if you didnt have to use two dishes put the thrid jar in there too
now sprinkle that cheese that was left over onto the top
add a sprinkle more of pepper and your ready to roll.
your going to turn the oven on to 140 C or 220 F and your going to put the dish into the oven for 45 minutes
when the 45 minutes are up you should poke the pasta bake with a firk and if the fork goes through the pasta ok your doen, ideally your topping wiull be brown and bubbling, if it isnt give it another ten minutes and your set.
be real carefull taking the dish out and dont put it onto a surface that cant take the heat.
your gonna love the result and if when your at the store or if you got it in the fridge chop up some salad leaves and tomatoes for a salad to go with it ,
good luck

Boil some pasta (spaghetti) and put some spaghetti or tomato sauce on it. Then, melt some mozeralla cheese on it. If you have some bread, toast it with butter and garlic. You can make a small salad with carrots, cucumber and lettuce. You have a great lunch!
