"Quod est 'Amici Romani et Cives' in Latine?"

More properly...

QUODESTAMICIROMANIETCIVESINLATINE

The Romans were not big on spaces...

Imagine writing mans' laughter the way the Roman's did...

Amici Romani et Cives

Do not trust those online translators - they just do not work, especially so with Latin. Amicitia Romanorum quod Paganus translates as 'Friendship of the Romans what peasant.' Not a single word right.

The quote comes from Shapespeare, in English. Still interesting in Latin. Just thought you might want to know.

Here's the whole speech.

Amici, Romani, Cives, date mihi aures! Gaius lulius Caesar mortuus est. Nonnulli e senatoribus censent Caesarem iure caesum esse; nam Caesare mortuo Roma tandem est liberta tyrannide. At re vera, eratne Caesar tyrannus? Nobilissimus Marcus Brutus sic censuit!

Come on, that's got to be worth 10 points.

Maybe this one too

Amicus, Romanorum atqui Proletarius.

ps. atqui is a conjunction, and quod is used to start a sentence.
