Here's my problem I've been with my ex for 5 1/2 years I loved her very much and I wanted to marry her. But I have messed up alot going out with friends and never taking her along with me and she would stay home alone with our dog. I never did anything to hurt her and I never talked dance kiss or even have sex with anyone but her I loved her dearly. now my pass 25th birthday which was july 10th she told me that she needed a break that she didn't love me anymore. I didn't take it very well and now she doesn't speak to me doesn't allow her mother or friends to speak to me I haven't seen my dog since my birthday and she keeps telling me to leave her alone and that she doesn't want anything to do with me. I've always been a nice guy to her and I loved her with all my heart and truthfully she is my first love and the only person I could ever trust. I don't know what to do anymore I'm scared that she is going to find another guy and as of right now my heart is really broken. I need help

you did something wrong a woman just doesn't pick up and leave if you were all that to her. neglecting her by going out even if you didn't do anything you still left her behind.. what about all the talks she had with you choosing your friends over her or there might of been questionable things the "illusionments" of being a cheater. now why do you think she took your dog? yes your right it was the only company she had..someone who paid attention to her and love her back. you have a lot of work to do if you want to win her back.. now if your not willing to change this time around and make it different then don't bother wasting her time. now it starts out with a letter not a phone call why? phone calls leads to other things that might just backfire on you now.. a letter telling her that you were in the wrong etc.. you weren't a good listener...etc.. ask her for one more chance just one more chance..i'll do anything to win you back etc.. sign it. afterwards when you know shes gotten the letter now this is very important give her some space no contact at all let her make the first move..wait 3 wks if you haven't heard from her
next move 12x12 dozens of roses sent to her work and just say on the note i will wait forever. then no contacting her let her once again make a move. wait 2 wks if she doesn't (you really screwed up) time for the next move ...something big..like renting a party room but turn it into a place of lights and candles...rose pedals ..soft music a table with the best of food for dinner (if you have money people with violins etc..) write her a letter saying sorry once again tell her how much she means to you etc.. ask her for one more date just one more date to prove to her your willing to change . then have
200 dollars and say heres money to buy something nice for the limo will pick you up at such and such time....now at this point if she doesn't get in that limo i hate to say it...but if she does have it all ready even an engagement ring.. oh and one thing to remember about this night if it goes in your favor don't be pushy, don't mention your screw ups just how special she is even cry a tiny bit for the effect, and most important don't expect sex it's not about you....getting what you want for now on earn back her trust. maybe slow dance later cuddle up& look at the stars then when its over walk her to her door & give her a kiss. and from that point on take it real slow , take her out & build new new new new memories to replace the bad ones.. don't go out with your friends for at least a good 6 months and after that get a balance of it . no one said you couldn't have fun with the guys you just didn't balance it out.. now if you say you don't have a whole lot of money to do this then thats an excuse find the money borrow it hey guess what from your friends.. find the best deals on the stuff..etc be smart too.. find away if you really want her back . im not saying buy her back nope not at all by doing this ..but its for her to see it at first before she lets you back into her life. winning her over is just the foot in the door now you have to follow it up by your words and actions.. oh and if she moves back in make sure the house is clean...

Live and learn. Men always have an irrational grass is always greener complex. I am so sick of guys taking us girls for granted. If you were so willing to give her up before, then you will probably do it again. So next time you're thinking there might be some greener grass, then think about what happened in this relationship and don't be so quick to jump over the fence. Relationships are about two people and should not be based on self-centered behavior. If you really do want her back, you need to make sure you convey that. If your make wanting her back all about you, i.e. "I messed up, I made a mistake, I wish I could have you back." She'll think you haven't changed. If you make her understand that you want her to be happy, and ask her what would make her happy, you may have some more positive results.

Well you said that you would go out and leave her at home with the dog Why? and how long did you think she was going to keep staying at home with the dog? How about you look at things from her point of view. It also wouldn't hurt to stop contacting her if she misses you she will contact you she needs time.

I am sorry for your pain.... you seem like such a nice guy! Unfortunately nice guys sometimes hook up with not-so-nice girls. try to move on... and please try not to change anything about yourself... there is a nice girl out there who will appreciate and love you...
