How do you hook up an XBOX 360 to a sony XBR HD TV?

I have an XBOX 360 and a Sony XBR HD TV, and was wondering how i could connect the two so I can play my 360 in High def. If you dont have a link for me, could you possible tell me what to look for whiler attaching my XBOX 360? Thanks

For HD, you need to connect it either via component, HDMI or VGA depending on what is available on your TV; HDMI being considered the best.
Your Xbox and TV manuals should provide additional help.
