If it's flea allergies, then use Frontline, Advantage, or one of the other once a month flea meds. Also you may need to have her on antihistamines because just one flea bite can cause a reaction.

This could be a number of things...hot spots, parasites, and as you said fleas. I do recommend revolution, but you must have her checked out by a vet before applying it because if it is something different it could aggrivate the condition and make it worse.
Revolution does take care of most parasites, fleas, ticks, and is even a heartworm preventative. Pretty awsome stuff!

Those spots could be fleas, allergies to food or other environmental stuff, and can sometimes indicate thyroid problems. Get her to a vet who will determine the cause (at least if its fleas, thyroid or hot spots.)
If it is fleas make sure to treat her whole environment.

She may have an allergy, but the cause of that allergy could be any of a number of things. Or the cause of her biting may not be physical at all, it could be behavioral. Some dogs complusively bite or lick themselves to the point of causing wounds (much like people can have obsessive compulsive behaviors, so can dogs). The best idea would be to take her to the vet so the cause of her biting can be determined, and then hopefully prevented.

Take her to the vet, pronto!
Those raw spots can get infected easily. If it is fleas, your vet can recommend a good flea killer/prevention. We use Revolution because it has heartworm prevention as well as several other pest preventers.
Good Luck to you & your canine friend!

She will probably need a flea medicine, but also try bathing her with an oatmeal shampoo. It should help relieve the irritation a little. Best of luck to you and your dog!

Get some Frontline Plus or Advantage and use it religiously every month. Nothing else works anywhere near as well.
