I am a big fan of natural flavoured yoghurt and wondered how it differs in taste from greek yoghurt. Also which is lower in fat?

Full fat Greek yougurt is around 10% fat - it's very thick and creamy and quite mild. You can get 2% and 0% fat Greek yogurt (Total brand) - very thick and mild.
Plain yogurt is much more runny and more sour.

It's more the texture than the taste - it's a bit more solid and creamy than your normal yoghurt. Think most yoghurt is low fat - the only way to be sure is read the labels.

greek is lower in fat, and it tastes the same as plain, but i have only ever eaten it when i have mixed it with honey, but has a 'softer' texture to it.
