what purpose other than making drugs do these plants serve......(yea I know, hemp makes clothes but it is primarily a drug)

God made these plants, and they were good. Man has since used selective breeding, manufacturing processes, etc., to turn a good thing into evil by concentrating its effects and using them to abuse his own body. That's our fault, not God's.

As for hemp being "primarily a drug," that was not the case until it was made illegal.

They look pretty, produce oxygen, and feed animals.

Plus, the God I believe in (the God of the Bible) never actually condemns drugs. He does condemn being intoxicated, etc. But if someone can control the drug and control themselves under its influence its really not much different than caffein or tarine or what not, its just that most people who take it are taking it because they do not want to be controlling themselves for a little while at least, just like drinking a lot.

lmao, it will be interesting the answers you get. Probably most of them will be that Satan made them to corrupt humans. But then God obviously sat back and did nothing (once again). And then also if that is the case, then God did not create EVERYTHING, which is one word that theists have a problem understanding the definition of EVERYTHING. Theists will claim that God created everything, but not the bad things since humans or Satan created them or both. This is a great question, will love reading the answers.

God does not have a problem with those who want to expand their minds and consciousness. He does have a problem with closed minded people that call religiosity spiritual. You are the perfect little citizen that will report to the government any activity that goes against their rules. Wake up. Drugs are only bad when they are abused.

Since you are shunning drugs as a whole, I assume you never took an aspirin in your life? Or had morphine after surgery (opiate my friend)?

Or could your "god" in his infinite wisdom have realized that eventually he would have to create some sort of heinous diseases as population control, and marijuana would be the only thing that his followers could use to keep their strength up so they could preach with their dying breaths?

Well, hemp and pot are used to get more in touch with Jesus apparently, (I know because I saw high people go, "I see Jesus!") So maybe that's why God made the hemp...

Hemp makes rope and other products, but Cannibus of the variety that you smoke is useless for that type of thing. Same family, different species.

Good question...
Why did God make poisonous plants, stinging plants?
Why did God make most healing plants to only grow in teh tropics?

I believe in micro evolution - plants evolve into other plant
forms, but not into four-legged animals!
Thorns grew on the ground in Genesis, for example-
as a result of the fall nature is imperfect and is getting
more and more imperfect!
No problem with that one - there are many poisons!
