Stir fry!!!! Here are some of the things that I have used:
Seasoned boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts
Cauliflower florets
Peas
Sliced carrots
Sliced celery
Mushrooms
Yellow onion, sliced into rings
Bean Sprouts
Soy Sauce
Hoison Sauce
Sugar
Vinegar (I keep Rice Vinegar on hand, though)
Curry Powder
Garlic
Olive or vegetable oil
Peanut Butter
Vermicelli
Heat a skillet until its very hot and add your oil. Add garlic and onion and saute until translucent. Throw in a half cup sliced carrots and 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower or brocolli. Stir until slightly carmelized. Add mushrooms, celery, bean sprouts, chopped chicken etc. and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 T soy sauce, 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp sugar to mix. Add 1 tsp vinager and continue sauteing until tender. Check spices for flavor and adjust your seasonings. If you like noodles, cook up some of the vermicelli and add to the mix. Good luck!

Tofu, Mushroom, root and leaves vegetables are popular gradients for the Japanese food. If you use different spice, Ginger, Chives, Shiso, Kaiware-daikon, Sesame seeds and oil, it is more healthy and you could make more variety on your menu, too.

ramen noodles
soy sauce
peanut butter
don't use the flavor packet in the noodles
add a tablespoon of peanut butter and a few teaspoons of soy sauce
mix it together
if you have sesame seeds, those go well with it
if you have scallions (green onions) they go well with it too.
