It does feel that way at first. I heard god invented "the Stranger" when he used a hand that he purposely put to sleep.

He'd never make that mistake. In that part of the world people reserve the left hand for cleaning themselves after answering nature.

Only when he falls asleep on his arm and the circulation is cut off. He quickly rubs one out before the sense of feeling comes back so he can pretend it's someone else.
