Absolutely not(assuming you speak of anabolic steroids). unless for a medical condition(few). Realistically, if you must, do so under medical supervision. Get tests done on all your organ systems, but the liver and its enzymes in particular, at least every 6 months. For the low down on anabolic steroids, read my newsletter at naturescorner.com, under the index anabolic steroids.A certain governor of California may have suffered the repercussion of anabolic steroid use even while claiming to be under a doctor's supervision while using them(hip replacement-no, not his two legs, broken at separate times and places)-one sign is weakening of the tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and bone structure, even though the muscles are larger and stronger. His heart condition, though congenital, may have been worsened by steroid use.Younger bodies usually can compensate to a degree, but when you get to be 35-45, you get hit with the full impact. If you are trying to impress yourself or others, do it in some method that is safe.

No!
Steroids are very unnatural and dangerous, not to mention all of the side effects that they have. They have so many side effects that a lot of athletes that have taken them have said repeatedly that if they weren't being paid for the sport they play, they would never have even thought about taking them.
If you're looking for energy to help your workout, though, there are many popular natural products that can help energy including ATP (the source of cellular energy in the body), CoQ10 (which is used to produce ATP), L-Carnitine (an amino acid that converts fat into energy), Royal Jelly, B-vitamins, GABA, NADH (boosts brain transmitters dopamine and norepinephrine so it helps to fight fatigue), Ginseng, Eleuthero Root, and Guarana.
Boy, that's a lot when I write them all out. LOL! Those are the most popular items that our customers purchase for energy, so pretty much any of those should be a good boost of energy... however, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you might not get as much energy on some of the items as someone else, and you might get more energy than other people might from some items.
