If he is wearing tennis shoes, change to leather. Stay away from plastic or rubber compounds for shoe material--- they make your feet sweat. He has fungus in the skin, so he ought to soak his feet in a white vinegar solution in the evenings for an hour or two for a week or so. Desenex is an over the counter fungicide he ought to be using. Use as well a drying anti-fungal powder in his socks daily, and of course keep his feet dry. If this continues, he could get a toe nail infection... a real pain to get rid of. And, believe it or not, rubbing Vicks Vaporub on his feet at night will as well, keep the fungus in check... it kills fungus quite well. He could as well, add some tea tree oil to the Vicks.

He needs to be in water repellent boots if his feet are that wet. Nothing that you will do to fix his feet will work as long as they are wet.

Clean, dry socks and Zinc supplements will take care of the smell. He will have SERIOUS FOOT TROUBLE if you do not get his feet in water repellent boots.

P.S.-I cannot think of a single job in a resteraunt that would keep his feet wet all day every day. If there is such a job his employer should provide the boots as protective gear.

Several things might work so try a one or a combination of the following:
1) Wear two pair of socks
2) Foot powder in shoes and in socks
3) Immediately wash and thoroughly dry feet when you get home. Treat with powerder
4) Use Tee Tree Oil at night

Take extra socks to work and change in middle of shft.

He needs to get water proof shoes and thick absorbent socks. Also use a really good foot powder, one that absorbs wetness. No dark colored socks. Good luck, try to keep them dry.there is also special lotions for peeling feet. Or just consult your Doctor if not better.

Let him keep his feet dry by wearing some protective shoes, if that is possible. If that is not possible, let him change his job.
