Like u right clicked the file and chose recover, not recover to..

It goes back to where it was located before you originally deleted it.
If you do not know where that was, click on Start, then Search, and All Files and Folders and look for it.

Back to the place it was deleted from. If you deleted a file in My documents that is where the file will be put when you recover it.

It should go back to where the program/file was originally located at if you are unable to find it try using search to locate it
