The reason why it hurts is likely due to the deeper penetration that is caused by that particular position. When you become aroused, your cervix raises and your vagina generally elongates in order to accommodate his penis. However, your body can only accommodate so much. Here are some things to try:

1. Spend more time on foreplay. This will allow you to become more aroused and more prepared to handle deeper penetration.

2. Change positions. Unless you particularly like having him on top, the best position to prevent pain on your part during sex is to be on top of him. This way, you can control how much he enters, and can adjust your body and movements to minimize pain.

3. Look into "entry-controlling" devices. These products are widely marketed as a "donut" shaped device that slips on to the penis and minimizes excessive entry.

4. Get checked out. While it is unlikely, the pain could be caused by his penis rubbing a cyst or a sore in your vagina. It doesn't hurt to make sure that everything is working the right way down there.

Whatever path you decide, be sure to discuss any sexual issues with your Gynecologist as he'll be able to give you solutions that are specific to your particular issues.

Good Luck!

Well if that position is not the best for you then why you keep doing it? Talk to him and say you dont like that position because it hurts there are many others and you should pick the ones that makes you feel good... not painful!

If he loves you and care for you im sure he doesnt want to hurt you... so you should talk to him!

Do you have pain in other positions? Are you using lube? If you continue to have pain in different positions, it could be a medical condition and you should consult your MD.
Women, as well as men, come in different sizes. It could be that this is not your optimal position for the two of you as partners. If you are looking for variety, try locating an original version of the Kama Sutra. It means Love Lessons. The modern versions are all about inserting Tab B into Slot A in as many variations as possible. There's more to it. The older versions of the text talk about there being hare, deer and horse people (read sm. med. and lg.) and offers suggestions on how different types can hook up.
If you aren't enjoying something, please speak up to your partner. Gently suggest something else. If he insists on a position which causes you pain, please ask yourself if this is a person who genuinely cares for you.
Good luck!

if that position hurts then tell him...when he puts your legs on his shoulders he can penetrate deeper which is why it is hurting you. Try a different position, maybe you on top, that way you can control how deep or hard you go and he will like the view from there as well (win win situation)

Try some different positions, and a little foreplay before really helps. Foreplay is essential for a female to have a comftorble sex experience, a good 20 minutes will really get you in the mood and ready. If it is hurting that much tell him and he will understand and try and change something. Good Luck!

Well it depends:
Does it only hurt in this position?
If so then you're just not able to handle this position. So try something else.

If it hurts other ways too, then I'm wondering if you should get things checked out.

Sex really shouldn't hurt.
But certain positions can for some people :{

obviously in medical term, women are either close built or far built in the vagina, sounds like you are close built, and if you are you will never be able to take the penis in that position. You should never try to let him force it into you that way because it could cause some long term damage, a tilted uterus, which could in some cases cause you difficulty in getting pregnant. sit down and talk with him because I bet you got him thinking he's doing a bang up job, no punt intended because of all the moans and groans you must let out he thinks he's the man, well talk to your man and if he cares about you he would be willing to try new positions for the comfort of his woman. obviously since he loves deep penetration or thinks you do. One way to elude him into thinking that he is giving it all to you is by having him do you from the side you hold up one leg and you will be in control of how deep you want it, another is to let him do if doggie style and you have control eventhough they think they do, once it's in a comfortable position for you let out some loud screams and he will think he's the man he want leave that spot because he think's he really putting it on you and you know once they think they got our spot you know they wont leave it and everyone is happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Good luck

If a position hurts, then stop doing that position...or have him not go in so deep or not bend your legs so sharply (you didn't say what/where you hurt)...adjust it so it doesn't hurt, or try other positions...there are many to choose from!

choose a different position or tell him to not go so far inside of you. A lot of women hurt in that position so choose a different position.
