i am exercising daily and eating good too. but i want to see the results, i read somewhere that if you drink vinegar, it will help you lose weight, is it true? or if you know any other thing please me know. thanks

drinking a mixture of grape juice, apple juice and vinegar is good for your circulatory system. it doesn't help you lose weight that I know about. just eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day to lose weight.
