Recently, i have not been sleeping for 2 different days. I hardly construct flawless sentences and barely talk with high vocabularies. Can someone revive it even though I had enough sleeps in the following days?

just try to get more sleep. i don't know much about this, or if it is even possible. could it be from something else? go a couple days and see what happens, if nothing, then contact your doctor and see what he thinks you should do. if you should go to some kind of therapy. good luck.

I have had severe memory losses from sleep deprivation.

it is absolutely necessary you get sleep daily.
If you are going more than one day you'll need medical help.

here's things that worked for me:

eliminate caffeine
reduce late night eating
reduce late night computer/tv use -it's been proven these thigns interfere with sleep cycles

melatonin (I cleared it with my doctor) - has helped me a great deal it is a natural hormone available at health food stores.

lavender - don't eat - just put some of the petals in a bowl by your bed and smell it before you go to bed. I smush some take a whiff, and I'm usually in bed - it doesn't take that long. Even animals go to sleep after smelling this stuff. You can also get lavender oil for oil burners and lavender candles and all that.

try to exercise - if I exercise good I sleep fine, if I dont then I don't.

try to get sleep first, then see your doctor if you can't.

try to relax and unwind in the hours before bed time.

don't lay down until you are ready to go to sleep - it helps to have set sleeping times. I go to bed and get up at the same time each day pretty much.

I am no longer on sleep meds and I'm getting sleep daily now.
