If I drive through a toll booth that says 35c "exact fare" and I have only quarters, throwing in 50c, while the booth doesn't signal me to pass, and I still pass (from the execessive honking behind me), would I suffer consequences? I'm worried about the exact fare thing....

If you are not cleared to go yet and you go anyways, yes you can get into trouble.

No it's unlikely you will suffer any consequences, worst that will happen is you get a notice in the mail with a picture of your car sitting in the toll lane. You just explain what happened on the notice and send it back.

If they don't believe you, the worst that will happen is a $25 fine plus the toll cost, so in your case $25.35.

Go through the booth at no slower than 120mph and the camera won't see you.

There should be no consequences as long as you paid more than the cost.

Nah too much is ok if it's all you have. You're good.
