"Upon al-Husayni's arrival in Europe, he met the German Foreign Minister, Joachim von Ribbentrop on November 20, 1941 and was officially received by Adolf Hitler on November 30, 1941 in Berlin.[5] He asked Hitler for a public declaration that "recognized and sympathized with the Arab struggles for independence and liberation, and that it would support the elimination of a national Jewish homeland". Earlier, al-Hussayni submitted to the German government a draft of such a declaration, containing a clause:
Germany and Italy recognize the right of the Arab countries to solve the question of the Jewish elements, which exist in Palestine and in the other Arab countries, as required by the national and ethnic (völkisch) interests of the Arabs, and as the Jewish question was solved in Germany and Italy.[6]
Hitler refused to make such a public announcement, but "made the following declaration, requesting the Mufti to lock it deep in his heart:
He (the Führer) would carry on the fight until the last traces of the Jewish-Communist European hegemony had been obliterated.
In the course of this fight, the German army would - at a time that could not yet be specified, but in any case in the clearly foreseeable future - gain the southern exit of Caucasus.
As soon as this breakthrough was made, the Führer would offer the Arab world his personal assurance that the hour of liberation had struck. Thereafter, Germany's only remaining objective in the region would be limited to the Vernichtung des...Judentums ['destruction of the Jewish element', sometimes taken to be a euphemism for 'annihilation of the Jews'] living under British protection in Arab lands.." [7]
The Mufti established close contacts with Bosnian and Albanian Muslim leaders and spent the remainder of the war conducting the following activities:
Assisting with the formation of Muslim Waffen SS units in the Balkans
The formation of schools and training centers for Muslim imams and mullahs who would accompany the Muslim SS and Wehrmacht units."
Um, saying that a muslim guy collaborated with Nazi's and used his religious influence to recruit muslims to the Nazi cause is not propaganda in the sense you think it is. This is true, and has been verified by many, many sources.

Why would the action of an obscure imam be the basis of the accusation that Muslims participated in the holocaust? When the Jews were punished and masscared in Europe, they were accepted with open arms and loving embrace by the muslims in the holy land and other muslim countries. No one in the Jewish history can deny the fact that Muslims have been kind, helpful and accommodating to them than the Christians. From Andalucia to Morocco. Jews have been living unharrased and accepted by muslims as part and parcel of the society.
Why not point to the CHRISTIAN FAITH OF HITLER? Why are some Christians shameless and bigots? After doing the holocaust to the Jews and Sbrenica Masscare to the Muslims, they keep on blaming others for their evil acts.
Hitler not Christian? That is blatantly a LIE!!! Hitler was a Christian, a devoted one, like his mother. He took much of his evil inspirations from the bible. Read Mein Kampf (My Struggle) by Hitler.
Now if you still are not convince about the Christian belief of Hitler, check this out: www.nobelief.com/nazis
After this tell me you shameless bigots who are the real Nazis!!!

The Imam was chased out Palestine because of what the British were doing there, Because there was political ties with Germany he talked to them about forming some sort of alliance, to stop the British.
There was no Muslim SS troupes no matter how much things and websites that you make up.
In fact in Albania the Jewish population increased after the war than before, because this Muslim country refused to give up the Jews to the Christan German Army of Hitler.

Who knows tomorrow someone like you may bring the idea that Hitler himself was a Mozlem and Muzlems dropped the atom bombs. Lies after lies don't stop the message of Peace growing which is a guide and pillar of stability for many of world's people.

So, that would be _a_ Muslim participating in the holocaust. Wow. I wonder how many other faiths, creeds, races, nationalities, and social classes participated? Are all of them to be viewed as entirely suspect, or are we just singling out Muslims, here?

And Bush is a christian whats your point? One man represents all of a faith now? What about Jewish and christian participation in the occupation of Palestine? No one is without sin regardless of faith so stop trying to vilify Muslims you only make yourself look like a prejudice fool.

Yes, I have. I know he met with and publicly supported Hitler, but I'm not familiar with the story of him proposing death camps in his back yard.
Edit:
And sorry, but Daughter of Isis does have a point.
