Last Tuesday I woke up and the middle knuckle on my right hand hurt really bad. It is now almost a week later and it hurts worse and two days ago it started to swell just a little around the knuckle. I can't pick up anything with a lot of weight because of the pain. If I rest my hand, it doesn't hurt. It hurts to even bend my middle finger. I don't remember doing anything to it. It is not black and blue. I can move it, but with pain. I am 30 and have no idea what is wrong. It hurts really bad if I press on the side of the knuckle. It hurts to even open the door. There are no bite marks from a bug. Anyone have anything like this happen to them.

Sounds like arthritis. I've had sore, swollen joints (hands, feet, shoulders, knees, ankles) for 51 years. However, if you're not having more than one joint involved, it could be an injury that you don't recall.
