hi hun x
im 13 and i lost a lot of weight this past 2 years...
*tips*
* dont aim to lose too much at once. aim for 2lbs a week and that way if you lose more you will be pleased with yourself!
*depending on your height it will take different times so check out this site (dont do the diet just check you bmi :P)http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/specialk/bmi.aspx . just put in your weight and hight and it will show you on a scale how much under/over weight you are or if you are the right weight for your height!.. to help you lose weight purchase some fitness dvds ie(pump it up...dance yourself fit) or if you are confident enough then join a dance class or sports team :P and obviously eat well and then it will get a lot easier you will feel more energetic and alround better :P
good luck hun x

1 year with not exercising much and making some pretty drastic changes to the diet. with the proper diet and training program with a lot of motivation 25 lbs can easily be lost in 4-5 months for the person with an average metabolic rate and a body fat % that is not too far above average

Based on your other questions and your lack of desire to do what it takes, I suspect it will be a long, long while. On the other hand, if you stop talking about it and just do what it takes (you know)... it shouldn't take more than a few months. Remember, it didn't get there quickly and it's not going away quickly. It's a simple matter of burning more calories than you take in... as I've told you before.

for 25lbs, you should probably grown into your present weight, unless you believe you have arrived at your adult height already.

for you years, but don't worry...you'll most likely be fat for the rest of your life.
