if i eat 50 calories a day, how much weight do i stand to lose a week?

probably 10 lbs, but u will gain it all back once u start eating normally

Why eat anything? 50 calories a day is like eating a half an apple. Unfortunately, starving yourself makes your body go on the defensive. Your body requires a certain amount of nutrition and water to survive. If it is not getting that, your body will take what it needs from the existing fat stored in your body. Whether people realize it or not, depriving your body of all its basic nutrition is dangerous and can cause some serious health issues. There are much better ways to lose weight besides starving yourself. The health food store nutritionists are excellent. They should have some books which show you what to eat in combination with other certain foods that burn calories and yet keep your body from working against itself.

eating 50 cal a day is gross undereating, and is not only extremely unhealthy, but is probably lif threatening. the average person needs 2000! at LEAST! if your are a teenager or an athelete that number can be much higher. If you really want to lose weight, just conrol your intake, (not 50 cals) and exercise

It's call starvation. Don't do that! Cutting calories is fine, but be reasonable about it. Your diet has to be something that you can keep doing, because otherwise you'll just gain the weight back.

Plus, that's really unhealthy for your body.

approximately zero pounds of fat. when the body is in an extreme state of starvation the metabolic rate slows to a crawl and just abut all fat burning stops. starving the body is the exact opposite of what is needed for there to be an accelerated use of stored fats for use as energy. this is a basic function of human biology and of the human metabolism

all weight lost will be water weight and it will be re-gained once normal eating habits are returned

if you only eat 50 calories a day, you will probably loose all of it, since that is not enough to sustain you at all!! (meaning you would probably die from malnutrition)

You will be dead within three weeks of malnutrition. Instead of starving yourself to lose weight, get off your computer and go get some exercise, fatty.
