I do the following: a bag of french cut green beans, cooked in a pot or microwave. A couple of medium potatoes, cut into large chunks and boiled to fork tender but not mushy in pot or microwave. Brown and break up the ground beef. Drain and smash the potatoes (coarsely broken) and mix all together in large enough pot, adding some butter and salt and pepper and/or Mrs. Dash.
One of the pots has to be big enough to hold it all. I use a deep cast iron dutch oven type pan, boiling the potatoes in that while microwaving the green beans. I then dump the potatoes out of the iron pan, rise it down and brown the ground beef and add the green beans and potatoes to the deep pan to pickup the brown bits on the pan. When I care less about cleaning, I cook the potatoes in one pan while the beef is browning in the big one while microwaving the green beans, all ready about the same time, drain and dump together.

stuffed peppers....

mix up meat like your would for meatloaf
cut peppers lengthwise and take out seeds
fill peppers with meat, heaping a little
put stuffed peppers in a lasagna type pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, put seasoned tomato sauce over the top of the peppers and bake an additional 30 minutes
you could add grated parmesean cheese on the top when ready to serve.

shepherds pie, it's so easy, brown the beef, put on the bottom of a pan, add the corn, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies (pees, green beans, whatever your family likes), salt & pepper to taste, maybe some onion if you like, and add the cheese on top. you can play around and add different stuff to it.
Bake in the oven for about 10 min on 375

tacos, homade meat balls, a meaty tomato sauce, pizza with ground beef and sausage, of course there's hamburgers, nochos with meat, fetechini alredo with bits of ground beef, my sister makes meat patties with it by adding diced chives and cooking it, or any meaty sauce with pasta. Hope this helped.

cheeseburger pie or shepherd's pie.
i think that the recipe for cheeseburger pie is on the back of regular bisquck boxes-look for the recipe but only buy the heart healthy bisquick because the other stuff has trans-fats.
