The chief and highest end of man is to glorify God, and fully to enjoy him forever.
Note: We were created (body and soul) on earth and have never been to heaven.

The meaning of life is very simple - each one has thier own philosophy. You come and you go.
No one has a choice about coming into the world and few of us make a deliberate choice to leave it. Therefore Whether there is a god or it is pure nature, whatever it is, it is clear that we have no control over it. Theres no point looking for a meaning. Just get on with your personal belief.
I am a Christian and I know that it took 1500 years to write the bible by many people of different toungues, who lived in different ages and had no way of being able to communicate with each other but everything that was prophesised came true and is still alive today as Gods church.

The meaning of life, is to glorify the one true creation.... man. We have been created to show and find out what we will do with this life we have been given.
That means, all the good, all the bad, all the living we can do. It's all for a purpose, we just can't know what that purpose is (it defeats the nature of the experiment). The creative force in our universe is the ultimate experimenter, he/she/it wants to know what is life? What can man do with it.
We obviously haven't shown everything we are capable of as of yet, because the experiment hasn't finished. So we keep going. Eventually we will come to the end of the expected results, then we'll end up in the discard bin like all the previous experiments that have been tried...

In Buddhism, the meaning of life is to experience all facets of life through reincarnation, attaining wisdom in the process until you can finally escape the cycle of endless reincarntions (Samsara) and finally return to nothingness (Nirvana). I enjoy this particular viewpoint, but, in regards to meaning of an individual life (rather than the whole spiritual cycle), the meaning is defined by the purpose that the individual assumes to be the reality (based on one's world view and self perception). Purposes vary, and largely artificial, but necessary for us to endure the temporary experimental interactive process that we call life.

No meaning. Like many products we buy the human life is also a product which has an expiry dated unstamped. So we have a performance label by which we behave, act then die. Like any other product. The only problem is we have a sixth sense which spoils our character.

I don't even know what to say, i'll i know is I believe in God. And he wants us to have life more abundantly...so, maybe that means that we are hear to learn about this world and do good deeds and worship God, so, someday we will be with him in heaven.
That question will never be answered until will get to heaven.

Our purpose in life is not even complicated at all. VEry simple, and God tells us all about it in His word. If more would study and KNow and do what GOd says, they would see just how quickly this world can be a heavnly place but few will.
Our purpose in this life here is to know God intimately and to learn to know all He tells us and to take a stand, and life the truth and speak the truth without fear or compromise. TO know how to live for God here, prepares us for the life to come in Heaven with God. And, we are to not only learn Kingdom LIving here, but we are to tell others about Jesus and teach them the plan of God for Kingdom living here too, so they have also have the peace and love of God to overflow and to tell others these truths also so more will know. That is our purpose, to know God here, to live the truth and tell it to others to live the truth also. Thats Gods plan. But the devil will do all he can to stop that plan, to deceive even the very elect. Right now, just before Jesus comes, ppl will either become more holy and obedient ppl and more like Jesus, or less and less like Him , till they have no holiness in them at all, and are serving the devil. Noone will stay the same. Its either more like Jesus unto salvation, or getting more evil and sinful and to lose what we have been given. Many dont believe in God or the devil, so have no clue whats going on. BUt we dont life in a world where we just fight a little battle with those that dont love God. WE are fighting principalities and powers with the power of Jesus Christ, and there is a supernatural spiritual realm going on around all of us 24/7 365 whether a person knows it or not. all thoughts come from God or the devil. ALL. so who we hear and obey is who we follow. WE are either fully Gods or we arent HIs at all.
If a person thinks, OOH I could cheat on that and not get caught, who do you think gave that thought? GOd or the devil?? wasnt God, all thoughts come from either of those two sources, and i fyou look at the news, you will see most are folloiwng the devil even tho they dont know he exists. No thoughts come from self. THey are either from God or the devil. and its our choice who we let in , hear and obey. This whole big glorious plan of salvation is told in the Bible, yet few will read it, study it or know it, let alone to pray. THe Bible leads to conviction, and most dont want that, hard to keep sinning once you do know... SELF must die and only the will of God must be present for us to be in Heaven. ITs all precious choice...

Well, it's nothing very special. Uh, try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations.
