The skin under your eyes is very thin so it is most likely just the blood vessels that you are seeing under there. I use Physicians Formula Gentle Cover Concealer Stick. It's yellow and hides under eye circles. Then I follow up with a skin tone concealer stick, foundation and matte powder. Here's the link to Physicians Formula. It has a store locator. I get mine at Target. Hope this helps!

The skin under your eyes might be thinner than most people. You will have to religiously moisterize every night with good eye moisterizer. I use Oil of Olay products myself. You will also have to learn how to use concealing tricks to add light to the darkness. If you have deep set eyes, get a concealer with yellow undertones, which counteracts the bluish cast to under-eye circles. If you are hyperpigmented, then you need a lightening cream. If you are staying out late at night and not drinking enough water, then try to not burn the candle at both ends and make sure you are drinking your 8 8's of water. Drinking your water will also help you lose about 5 pounds once your body is properly hydrated, which is never a bad thing.

There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

To hide dark circles, you can use YSL concealer or salmon concealer..

Some people naturally have dark circles under their eyes - in my case it runs in the family. I use a bit of concealer under my eyes before I put on foundation (and I use very little foundation) and it offsets it a bit.

-Be sure you have 8 hours of your beauty sleep.
-Include a multivitamin with iron tablet in your diet. Eat at least one green leafy vegetable (keerai) a day.
-Make a powder of almonds in a mixie and store it in a bottle. Every morning, make a paste with milk and apply around your eye; let it dry and wash with cold water.
-An excellent and very simple remedy is to gently dab around your eyes with a pad of absorbent cotton soaked in warm tea.
(For the 25-year-old lady with dark circles, you can follow all the above treatments; but I do not recommend galvanic treatment on a regular basis. You can continue your yoga classes).
-To make your eyebrows and eyelashes grow well, apply warm olive oil on them at night at least once a week.
-For your broad, protruding forehead, your hairstyle recommended is as follows:
If you have short hair, get to full fringe or half a fringe cut in front. Even if you want to keep long hair, cut a fringe in front. This will make your forehead look smaller.

Can be due to stress or a lack of iron in your blood.
Try taking an iron supplement or vitamins.

If you drink a lot of caffeine such as Red Bull, that's what's causing it-so you have to cut down on the stuff.
