1cp regular instant oatmeal (no sug.), 1 medium banana, 1 hard boiled egg (whites only), 1cp of coffee.

Also, any suggestions for a healthy lunch?

no that is a good good breakfast actually, no fat, minimum of sugar, good carbs, and protein.

No thats perfect! Have a turkey sandwich with lettuce on it for lunch! And if your still hungry have some fruit or a small salad with just a little dressing! Make sure to drink alot of water too!

no its not it is what you should eat to be healthy.also for lunch you should have something good and healthy like potatoes and meat.For desert some fruits.For dinner something not too big like bread with an egg

that's an excellent breakfast. lean meat on whole grain bread, hummus on pita, salad with grilled chicken, there are lots of healthy lunches you can choose from.
