Any titbits that is beneficial to health especially eating it at night? May not be beneficial, but doesn't harm your health.

don't eat anything an hour or two before bedtime. it's bad for your sleeping and circulatory system. raw veggies, fresh fruit, air popped plain popcorn, the same stuff you'd snack on during the day. you don't have to follow that "don't eat after 8PM" rule as long as you don't go over your calorie allowance for the day.
