First what job do you want to have.
If you want to work for a company from your own country, look at all places where they offer jobs you are trained for.

If you want to work for a company in an other country, go to the website for that country, often the embassy and the consulates have websites with info about getting visa and work permits.
After you have read what is needed, start job-hunting. All job-sites in the languages you can read for that country.
If you do not yet know which country, (something like 'Europe' in general, just pick one country for now, as they all have rules that are similar.
(England will be the easiest because you speak the language.)

Be prepared for disappointment, as many people apply for visa and work permits, and very few get one.
But if it is your dream, go for it.
