Something like once every 2 months i will get this really weird super fast forward mode in my head. Where it seems that everything is going really fast, everyone seems to be talking fast, when i type on the computer, it looks like my fingers are going super fast, but they aren't.

I think it happens when i hear something repetitive, like a music tune or sound. Can any one explain this?

Its hard to explain with what you have said as it would depend upon a lot of things like your age. Hormones can doe these things but if you are older the best advice anyone can give you is to talk to a doctor about it. There are so many disorders that have this as a symptom that it would not be right to give any kind of idea to what it could be. take care good luck

Do you have any trouble concentrating at this time? Do you have several projects half completed and feel scattered?
