Run on the treadmill for about 30-45 minutes 4 times a week! I guarantee you butt and legs will look and feel 1,000x better within a month. They will look a million times better after 3-4 months...but it still can be done in a month. And dont eat alot of fatty stuff!

Besides any walking and running you can do - and I would recommend 30-45 minutes a day of walking rather than running...do standing leg lifts and calf raises.

SLL - Stand where you have room to swing your leg beside something that is near shoulder high. Put your right arm on it for support. Keep your back straight and lift your left leg to the front. Raise it slowly and lower it slowly. Do this 10 times. Then raise your leg to the side. (keep your back straight) 10 times. Then (straight back most is important on this one & hard to do here) try to lift your leg straight behind you 10 times. Notice I said try...you won't get it raised very high, but this is the one that tones your behind.
Repeat on the other side.

CR - Stand on one foot on a step with your heels off the edge. Lower your heel below the step level, then slowly raise up above the stair level. Do this 20 times. Both legs. If you want to really work your calves, angle your foot slightly to the left, then center and then right for a total of 60 calf raises per leg.

you are on a diet and so is everyone else in this world. a diet is simply ones eating habits. now there are good diets and bad diets in relation to your goal of toning your legs and butt. exercise is very important when trying to tone up your muscles because working out alone won't burn off all the fat in a one month period. your choice of diet is going to be just as important as your workout program. also to get the best results out of working out i recommend that you read about muscle confusion at the link below.

Also, work your calves by getting your toes on a stair or stoop, holding some weight and just lifting up on your toes(calf raises). Do as many as you can without stopping, up to 30, then rest, then again.

Do it every day and your calves will be toned in about 2 weeks and start to increase in size. If you don't want the size, reduce the weight.

Get the treadmill, do a lot of walking in place. . Are you on a diet? Do not consume any foods that will smooth you out. Stay off a lot of high sodium and high sugar foods. Nivea makes a patch and lotion that sells in my store like hot cakes called Goodbye cellulite.

if you run at a slow pace you tend to get more bulky and thick legs, if you run at a fast pace for short amount of time sort of like sprints you get more toned legs
