No, he should not resign because of political pressure. He did nothing wrong as every AG has fired political appointees and every appointee knows that they serve at the pleasure of the president. All presidents in the past have done this through their AG. This is all a manufactured scandal by the political opposition and I am surprised that the media participates in such political nonsense by reporting it.
