Ok, being fit doesn't come easy. You have to work your way up slowly. I am a Track and X-Country runner at my highschool and it took forever to build up. Just do pushups each day (slower ones are harder and better for you), more situps (try doing each side of your abs seperately), and work on endurence in distance running to lose the extra belly fat to show your abs.

Bad idea to lift weights at 14. In the future your going to have trouble because this is what yours used to now so your body will need like double the workout to get the same results as others. I think the sit ups, pushups, and jogging are good though. I suggest stairs for strong legs.

There are many exercises that help you get fit. Yoga is one form of exercise for teens and adults. There are many benefits of yoga. Its main benefit is that it stretches and strengthens muscles without impact. Yoga can help condition the body for running. They often spend money on a chiropractor to fix their backs. Yoga can make your back stronger and more flexible. Even if it is not hurt. Obesity and asthma could be a problem in young teens, but doing yoga can diminish these problems. Yoga also helps with understanding yourself and what you are thinking. Yoga helps a person relax his or her mind, preventing stress.

Exercising is not common with teens today. They find themselves sitting on the couch and watching TV instead of doing sports. Other activities teens can do instead of playing in sports are walking, training with a trainer, or working around the house. Fitness can help most everyone. It will reduce the risk of many diseases. Always remember to stretch and apply sunscreen before exercising if exercising outdoors in the daytime!

Team sports are a great way to get active for teens. Playing on a team helps kids build friendships while enjoying physical activity. Team sports could include soccer, football, and baseball. Often, schools have great programs and clubs to help kids get physically fit through sports.
