I would go over to thank & introduce yourself. Once you get settled in to your new place & if you actually like your neighbor invite them over for some burgers or something informal.

Someone from the family should go over and thank them.It is always good to meet the new neighbors. It was certainly nice of them to send you a gift.

I would go over and thank them personally! No need to bring a gift. If you have young kids they could make a cute Thank You card.

It's up to you to go over and personally thank them and introduce yourself. They are being very neighborly. But you do not give them a gift.

I would invite them over, just for drinks and introduce yourself and your family. I think more neighbors should be so neighborly. Sounds like you moved into a nice neighborhood.

I once received fresh baked bread as a welcome to the neighborhood gift. This was so nice.
It sure makes one feel welcome.
A thank you is sufficient for something like this.

Not necessary. When you see them outside the next few days, say hi and thanks for the gifts. Then introduce yourself.
