HA! Oh my God! What crazy "Unholy Roller" did you pull this from. Not me! I am so appalled it's not even funny. I am so embarrassed. I mean wow. How unchristian is that. I doubt God is proud of that. I mean I think in my heart of heart he is up there rolling his eyes going "Stop saying I think this, Stop using my name like this Stop this BS!!!" I mean really. This is why people hate us. I get it. This is why I don't go waving a big hey "I'm a Christian" flag around. I am so utterly embarrassed by these morons. I wish more where like me. Compassionate with everyone. I am so pi$$ed off that gays cannot marry I think it is so horrible I want them to have the same rights, they should, they are people. They have feelings, they are loved, they are human, they are just as much of God's children as they are. Why should they be neglected because of who they love?
This makes me sad.

Because children raised by gay couples is a catastrophe. Studies show that between 60- 70 % of those kids turn out to be homosexual as adults, and a much larger percentage grow up with problems with drug and alcohol abuse, violence, crime, and many other problems. That's not to say that all heterosexual parents are perfect. But the bottom line is that God's design for marriage and parenting is to be between a man and a woman. We should strive to stay as close to that ideal as possible. Gay marriage is thumbing our noses at God. The negative consequences are the costs associated with it. The disintegration of our culture affects everyone greatly. And that is why I stand against anything that will cause our culture to disintegrate. By the way, give up the lame examples from the bible. You need to learn how to rightly understand the Old Testament scriptures. Using them the way you have would be the same as citing Britain's laws as an authoritative standard in the United States. That may have been true 240 years ago, but that's not the case any more. The New Testament, which is our source of authority today, clearly affirms that homosexuality is a sin.

1. Real christians are those that the person using the term arbitrarily decides to most closely follow the teachings of the Bible, which is a debatable quality at best (for some, real Christians embody grace and charity, in this case, it represents deep-seated intolerance).
2. Christians should not control homosexuals, and, as many Christians have interpretted to Bible to condemn homosexuality, gays are free to do as they please otherwise, because they are, according the rules dictated by Christians of the day, doomed to hell anyway. Unfortunately, due to the fact that there are many Christians in our government, Christians control everyone, not just homosexuals.
3. Simple answer: homophobia, justified through religion.
4. No, its more like : "friends don't let friends make decisions that are necessary to the second friend's sense of equality but contrary to the first friend's intolerant world view". Catchy, huh?

As a doctor/pirate/ninja/ lawyer/pirate-ninja/ ninja-lawyer/ pirate-ninja-robot-lawyer dentist ... I feel more than qualified to answer this question (despite the fact that I am neither Christian nor gay).
1) Real Christians are the kind that don't disappear when you close your eyes. Also ... they glow under a black-light when sprayed with Luminol.
2) Christians don't control homosexuals ... Christians control people named Chris and most basic TV channels on early Sunday mornings.
3) I'm afraid you're mistaken. That is not a smiley, that is a pair of eyes peeking out from a slightly bent closet door.
4) After a whole two minutes of research, I've discovered that the true author of this statement suffered from dyslexia. The actual statement reads as follows:
"Gays: Christians won't sin? Let's get real. (: - Marie D."

What are you trying to say here? Just because some Christians despise you don't mean you have to hate on all Christians. Real christians learn to forgive rather than criticize. You're just being spiteful.

The problem isn't that homosexual marriage is "a sin". The problem is, it is impossible. It contradicts the definition of marriage. The state may allow homosexuals to go through the motions of marriage, but they will never actually be married, and they will never be recognized as married by the majority of rational people. And changing the definition of marriage won't help either. Changing a definition doesn't change the reality. It just makes the definition wrong.

Real Christian: someone who has accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour, and endeavors to live their life pleasing Him, according to the Word of God.
That being said, Christians can't stop gays from being married. You know that, don't you. All they can do is point out the law as it is written. Right now, the law has no provision for "gay marriage" because marriage was always considered an official union between a man and a woman. Until the law changes, gay marriage is not lawful. The Bible says homosexuality is a sin. Christians point this out. That's all.

A real Christian is one who believe in the trinity, existence of God and that Jesus Christ came and died for our sins, a real christian follows the commandment, like love ur neighbour as yourself, forgive so easily not holding grudges against one another.
The answer to your 2nd question will be answered according to: Romans 1:27 "And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet."
God is saying that anytime you go against nature, is as much as God created everything in its natural sense, common sense will tell you that something will happen that will disturb the normal course of things.
Today there is a fear of aids, which was at first caused by Sodomites in their homosexual activities between men, and the filthy habit of playing around with the waste system of the body. These Sodomite men think that they can play around with the natural course of God's creation, and escape processes that come from that evil act. The problem today is that this filthy practice has grown to such proportions that many innocent have come down with aids. These evil people are taking the truths of the punishment for these acts, and creating theories, and lies to disguise their true nature of their sinful acts against God.
We don't have to condemn them, for God's own Word condemns them, and the results of the rebellious nature can end in death, and disease, but without their repentance for these acts, it will condemn their souls.
4. Just leave the person with his / her own life, peoples way of doing, thinking differs

Real christians walk in the light and the life of Jesus. It is in your heart and sould. A real christian will not judge or hate no matter how much they may disagree with something you say or do. Jesus would not forsake a gay man, he would put his arm around him and say "I love you and God loves you. I do not agree with your path but I love you because you are of God's creation"

As a Christian I say tell you that, if you don't have a sexual anomaly and that you are gay it is a sin.
I don't encourage gay and lesbian marriages but I think they should be allowed by the law, since no one can force anyone to be Christian, hence no one can force anyone to abide by Christian standards.
