My two dogs got into a fight with a racoon and I was wondering if I could possibly have rabies. I have a half way scabbed cut on my finger and blood might have gotten in there. What do I do?

If there is any doubt, go see a doctor NOW and tell him exactly what happened. Are you saying that blood from the raccoon or one of the dogs got into your cut? Depending on which animal it came from and when it happened, it could be infected. Untreated rabies is always FATAL, I believe the number of cases of people who have contracted full-blown rabies and survived in all of human history can be counted on one hand. Don't take a chance...get with your doctor and find out if you need to be treated.

Rabies is not something to fool around with. People die from it. See the doctor TODAY.

Checkwith the doctor immediately.... you dont wanna take any chances...
