I need a online program for bible studies/theology. I dont have much money i need something cheap, under $150 per credit hour. Is there a place ? HELP

One of the best I've ever seen (and certainly at the price) is Nations University.

They do not hold any regular accreditations (so you can't transfer credits) but their program is well respected by many churches. More important, you learn a lot in the courses and that's what a degree in Bible studies is all about.
Cost is $100 per year - not per course.

I know a lot of prison inmates are ordained. You might want to ask someone in prison, or someone who works at a prison.
Personally, I don't think you'll have a good understanding about the true traditions of religion unless you take the time to go to a seminary for years and years. It is the online and mail order certification that creates religious "experts" who don't accept reality. They're the annoying religious people who tend to not accept factual information about the world in which we live...
