Sometimes guys love to stare at girls breasts and azz... do they ever notice thatwhile doing that there's something bulging beneath their pants?
Now, tell me the truth, guys! If I stare at your crotch, do you feel highly offended?

Highly offended? Nope. If staring is allowed for guys, then yes it's allowed for girls.
However you will have to explain to girlfriends/wives who get offended by you looking at their man...
Fair is fair after all.

Areas of privacy attract attention from both males and females. Its entirely normal to stare at buts, breasts and crotches. Its rude to leer. But sometimes a narrow shadow line divides a stare from a leer.
Reaction: if man or a woman indicates that they resent being stared at they are showing their preference in no uncertain terms and a suitable reaction should follow. If not turn away from the vision of the person. I wouldn't make it an issue unless it invites anything crude and vulgar. Oftentimes men and women just cant help themselves.

As a teenager, my father taught me a worthwhile lesson: "A well-dressed man is a 'well-tucked' man".
A bulging crotch happens only if a penis is erect; OR if a flaccid one is "strategically placed". That's it. No other way. So, if a man claims that he didn't notice a bulge, he's lying. If he claims that he cannot find pants loose enough to accommodate him, he's lying more.
Men that wear tight trousers with bulging crotches do it specifically for the attention. Like a Macy's store window, it's dressed, packaged and just waiting for luring shoppers.
So, go ahead, enjoy the eye candy and stare!

ha ha I'm a girl but the answer to this one is no they wont! some men will feel uncomfortable, and some will not care! that's how it goes and same with women, if a man stares at our goodies! some women wont care and some will get uncomfortable

Nope. It's a free country. Stare at whatever you like. If a guy doesn't want his crotch stared at, he should wear baggy pants. It's hard for me to find pants baggy enough though, unless I have them specially tailor made to provide enough room down there.
