I have lots of herbs, chilli, spices etc and soya sauce.

My cupboard contains spaghetti, bran flakes,weetabix,1/2 a jar of jelly / jam, oats, muesli, rice, chick peas, brown ketchup, urid beans, rose cow beans, split peas, macaroni. C'mon, try REALLY hard and remember there is no bread, knob of butter, milk or ANYTHING ELSE for that matter. Oops, I forgot that I have coffee, tea bags and sugar. Someone will surprise me......I just know it.

make a pot of beans and rice, season with parsley, herbs, and spices to your taste....cook the rice and beans together...adds flavor.
make the spag. cook some of your beans with chili, herbs and spices (like a meatless chili), pour over the spag.
shame you have no milk or butter, i'd tell you to make a rice pudding.

I love a challenge me, okay so no oil so stir fry is out of the question,

But for a quick and tasty snack boil your spaghetti I take it the chick peas are tinned so don't need soaking a boiling, Once pasta is cooked drain heat though the chickpeas until hot drain most of the liquid but not all, add a bit of chili ( your taste) and few herbs ginger if you have it star anisse as well, but if not try some cumin and coriander grind it if they are seeds cook of until dry add splash of soy sauce and there you have it. Since the cupboard is very low on stuff it may not be the best spicy stir fry in the world but I guarantee it will taste reasonably good....

for pudding take a wheatbix and spread it with jam

Alternatively make a rice and bean Jambalaya, use rice beans chickpeas cook altogether in a frying pan with water put in chili and herbs of your choice id tend towards the curry type ones to sweeten use a teaspoon of jam, or the ketchup

You can soak the beans and then cook them until tender. Drain and add chili powder and ketchup to taste -- It will be like a chili with no meat. You can also cook up some of the pasta and place in a bowl and pour some chili over it -- a new take on Cincinnati Chili.

For dessert:
Take some of the sugar with a small amount of water, cook until 250 degrees (it will turn a light brown) -- pour over a mixture of oats, muesli and combine well. You will need to work quickly because the syrup hardens rapidly. Spread the mixture onto parchment lined sheet pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Cool completely. Enjoy with a nice cup of tea.

Eat each item separately in meals, balanced as possible. If you have only those items and no money to get anything else you must eat to sustain your nutrition level. Mixing them together to make some culinary treasure is not desirable in your situation, you might make something that tastes like manure and your food will be wasted.Example of balanced meal with your ingredients: Chickpeas and macaroni with a side of rice and a spoon full of jelly for desert. If you do manage to get a couple of pounds I would suggest a nice pint of ale to wash it all down.
