like a connection.
I am much confused now.

I feel the same.
A couple of months ago I went to see a priest with college and I told him a problem that had been playing on my mind a lot for years about my Father, and he told me that it wasnt my fault. All of a sudden i felt so pure and strange. Apparently it's a rare occurance called the "numinous". Maybe you should go to Church or whatever you go to and speak to your priest about your problems. Remember, God loves us all. We are all children of the lord and he loves us unconditionally. Only God can judge us. Good luck.

Sounds to me like you have fallen out of fellowship. I wish I could get people to see like this.
God is a father and demands attention. Sound familiar. Jesus is your brother and you as a Christian are equal heirs with him. You know the brother you can share things with that you would never tell anyone else. He already knows and he's your brother and as his sibling his love is unconditional. Just ask for it. The Holy Spirit is the connection that joins you to the family. Again a person and your closest friend always watching over you.
Now talk to your family and tell them how grateful you are to have them. Just as you might say it to a loving Dad your Bro and Buddy.
I pray that the Holy Spirit comes to you and fills your heart with the love of Jesus. It isn't something you do once. I do it everyday.
God Bless!

When one grows so as to loose one's belief in a god, hoefully due to a greater awareness and understanding of the reality of existance, one can feel lost, lonely and confused. The familiar asnd usual is being replaced by the unkown which may well be the truth.

this one would recommend that you read "The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching" by Thich Naht Hanh.

May it be well with you.

Same reason people feel lonely after breaking off a bad relationship. You had something, no matter how bad, now you've got to make something else of your life, and the unknown can be scary. But just like breaking up with someone who was abusive to you, you soon realize "losing" your connection to God is not a loss, but a liberating experience.

The fact remains that there is no extrenal physical person who is called God. God is within you. You cant loose god just like you cant loose your sense to feel. Maybe you need to meditate or even better, take a holiday. Apart from this if there is anything else that is bothering you, please speak out to someone you can confide and if there is no one, you can always seek professional counselling. All the best.

I don't think it's possible to lose God... as he is everywhere! Though ones level of faith is in constant fluctuation and can be lost. I suggest you take a look in the Qur'an :-) I find that usually does the trick for solidifying my faith. Allah knows best.

Because the vile puss they filled you with is gone. You just have to find something good to fill the void and you'll have a much better out look on life.

When ever you feel like that, it means you didn't have actual problem the problem with you is only that created by your own. No body is empty every body created by GOD, so how u feel that.

That happens sometimes especially when you do the same thing everyday.

Even if you pray, you still feel like its not getting you anything.

I say, read a little in the Bible and go to Church and stuff like that.
