Why cant i have yellow hair without colouring it?

lightining the pigments is hard and you need very strong chemicals for that, peroxide for instance.

BUT, in pharmacys they cell oxygened water, it has some effect in lighting your hair color, never tried but may have some harms

i'd imagine that if you're not blonde naturally, it's not just going to turn blonde because you want it to... air colour is set in your genes and can't be altered there, so it's dye or living with what you've got
