How to become the chairman of WHO?

i would like to ask people who actually work in WHO- world health organisation what are the credibilities to become the chairman of WHO..i also can accept any information from who that might have the knowledge about this career..

can u give any example of them? the former chairman?

a good place to start would be the WHO website. they have a section for career opportunities/employment. i would start there.
