It's a curse word phrase. I'm guessing "diab" is something devil related. And that "moodee" is actually spelled different. I'm just taking a stab at spelling it phonetically. Any ideas would be appreciated.

"Maudit diable" means: "Accursed devil"
"Maudit" has the same linguistic root as "malediction".
The expression comes from the French version of the Book of Genesis "....et Dieu maudit le diable"."..and God cursed the devil" ( for tempting Eve and Adam and causing them to lose their innocence).
Cajun vocabulary contains a substantial amount of French. The French also refer to the devil as "le maudit": "the accursed one".

I'd guess "maudit diable". Maudit is damned and yes, diable is devil.

I don't know Cajun, just French.
