You won't find a real friend on the net. A friend is a person that you can play with, talk to and hang out with. On the net you can't see the person and talk real time, and actually you don't even know if the person you are talking to is really a kid or not. If you feel like you don't have many or any friends, talk to your Mum and Dad about maybe joining a group or club. They don't have to cost much to join. Your teachers at school will have some ideas too, don't look on the web for friends, because on the web, too many people just pretend. Keep safe, be smart. And talk to the grownups in your life.

At school, camp, church, your neighborhood and family activities. If this fails, ask you parents about meeting some kids your age because there are tons of activities out that have many 9 year olds there like dance, sports, etc. The internet is not a place for you to try to meet ANYONE at 9 years old.

I'm sorry but I don't think that this an appropriate site for you to meet people.Do your parents know you are on here? The internet is not a kid safe place to be without your parents help.Ask your parents to help you make friends. Join sports, dance, clubs for your age group, at school etc.Trust me this is not for you.Take care.

I doubt anyone age nine would come on yahoo ansers. Just keep in touch with friends from school. Stay After School Sometimes To Hangout & Get to know your new friend. You will become Best Friends soon.

open up a book and find another world, research subjects that you like on the computer, or do chores around the house for when you find out that you are your own best friend is when you have conquered it all. from others responses and my own you shouldnt be finding an on line friend that you cant play tether ball, touch football, or board games with.

if you are not in school homeschooled? try a ball team or boy scouts just get off the internet looking for friends it is very dangerous for a 9 yr old. where are your parents? do they know you are on this site? you shoul NOT be get to a site for your age group

Sure dude! I was JUST like that when i was your age,Which was 2 years ago.I asked my parents to introduce me to their friends kids,and ive made some cool best friends!
