What should I include. I've heard that you should write down your emotion you had at the time of eating [I was feeling sad, so I ate ice cream, etc.] Should you try to include the amount of fat, calories and protein? And for the exercise portion, should you just put the amount of work done...or be more precise and use an online calculator to estimate how many calories you've burned? Thanks for the help!
