shug:i burnt the tar out of legs one time,i fell asleep & i just cooked! we were camping & this lady saw the agony i was in & she told me about vinegar...soak a soft cloth in vinegar , place it on the sunburn, let is soak in,,you may not smell good but at this point who cares? it not only takes away the pain, but it keeps you from peeling! after the blister went away,,i was tan!
also, aloe vera is good for burns,,,if all isnt handy,,if you have any hydrocortisone cream,,sock it on there,,,
but i'd go w/the vinegar.....chances are, you've probably got some of that in your home..I use it periodically to clean my teeeth,,,really works,,use 1 cup in washer to clean it out using a normal wash cycle & it's a great dishwasher cleaner, put a cup in it,,it cleans it & it smells fresth!
vinegar is great for a lot of things..i hope you get some relief fast,,i use to keep solarcaine,,but it's just menthol or hydrocrasone...so i resorted the cheaper versioin & got some $store pain relief rub,,got the same in it for one buck!& too ,,if you go back out in the sun, wear light colored long sleeve shirt,or your gonna hurt it again...

If you have an aloe plant or neighbor who has one in their yard you could pick of some. Otherwise I always took a cool shower to help calm the burning and cool off. That has always worked for me and I have even done a little Vaseline.

The old remedy of using apple-cider vinegar really works. It may sting at first but then it stops the burn from hurting. You can also take lay in a lukewarm bath to help take the heat from it.

dont use sprays, try a luke warm shower, moidsturizer, oils, aloe, or vasaline. it needs moisture.

when you can buy somthing, go buy CVS brand cold cream, or anything with menthol in it, it will feel naturaly cold and soothing.

Hmm...maybe you should avoid sleeping on your back, or maybe put ice or something cool/cold on it. It'll help it heal.
