I've always been partial to a Jacobs ladder.
And price varies from shop to shop.
Visit some shops to get a feel for professionalism, cleanliness, and price.

The most common/famous is a Prince Albert. But theres also frenum ladders (Jacobs Ladder) reverse prince albert, ampalang, apadravya and many more. Each depends on personal preference.
They are also a lot easier to look after than most people think, if you make the little bit of effort and they heal suprisingly fast.
Now pricing ranges from £25-£100 depending on which you going for and what the studio is like, but I find that Id rather pay a lot and know its done right.
How it feels varies from person to person, I recently started my own frenum ladder (Im a piercer and wouldnt recommend anyone trying it at home) and am very happy with it.

ewwww. that's gonna hurt like hell! and it's a huge turn off for me personally, but to each his own....
ur gonna have to go to a professional body jewler. some tattoo parlors might pierce your penis, but that's a maybe.
it's about $50-$80 for a nose, lip, or belly piercing, but i'm not so sure about the penis.

Best place would be the foreskin if you have one. Otherwise rather difficult.
